I booked a room quite late in the day, the pictures gave a clear impression of the room that was available showing that it was good value for money. The location was excellent, a stroll down to the town and then onto the beaches and plenty of local amenities within 5 minutes walk, and the fact there was parking made it an obvious choice over others. The Building itself is fine, the outside seating is good, the dining/bar area is contemporary and well stocked, and the owner was friendly, helpful and seemed like a genuinely good guy. Our room was pretty simple and straight forward - we'd gone for the twin room with a shower and sink, and that's what we got - somewhere to put our heads down at the end of the day and start the next one. If you're driving the car park makes it ideal, and it's easy to find from the main road into Newquay. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.
People reviewing a place that they've never stayed at but just seen on a TV program need to get a life. I've stayed here a few times and it's always been clean, raj is a good laugh and his family lovely. Only reason I don't stay here now is because I go for places with swimming pool.
Spent two nights in Kirribilli and even though we had to wait to check-in due to others checking out late, overall we had pleasant stay. The owners are really nice and welcoming. There is a fridge where you can keep your takeaways or any food which is really convenient.
